I have a desktop and a laptop computers that have "ESET Endpoint Antivirus Installed" by my workplace IT Dept. I have since retired, and no longer work for the Company, and the ESET license has been expired for some time. I wish to remove ESET AV but the "uninstall" at { Start --> Settings--> Control Panel --> Programs & Features --> Uninstall } has never worked,
OS on both computers: Windows 10
ESET Product: ESET Endpoint Antivirus (product version: 9.1.2060.0)
I am not an IT guy, just an average computer user. I have searched around a bit and am not confident of which method to do this. Can someone point me to the appropriate link for an uninstall procedure for this product please?
A youtube video would be very helpful as well. Screen capture of expired product & license details is attached.
