Hi, I have a problem to installing the eset smart security premium antivirus on a client's PC. At 80% of the loading of the installation I have an error message: impossible to continue the installation I was able to retrieve the file setupapi.app.log which I put to you below to know from where can problem origin. Yes for me it doesn't work, the main proble fo rme it the scan on wifi. I think i wait to a fix for the program in few day.

I tried your fix zenmota but it didn't work for me, and i this topic : hxxp://support.eset.com/kb5675/not work for me to. It not possible to scan and print on wifi since Eset v9.

Hi, I will tried with my galaxy s4 and it work ! So i retried with chrome with the link my.eset.com and it work now. But on firefox it didn't work too, i think that the problem is the link direct when i clic on "antivol" on the antivirus but when i put the link my.eset.com it work ! Thanks for your help

I have disabling all of protection (firewall, Hips, antivirus...), i have restart my pc but nothing. I think i will wait for a fix in a future update of eset program.
