Hello,
I just installed nod32antivirus 9 on a win7 x64 computer. Since this I can't scan any document using WIA. The scanner is a Ricoh MP201 network scanner witch work fine just right before installation of this antivirus.
When I launch a scanning work I see the scan moving, just like if it work fine, but at the end of the page I get an error 0x80072F78.
Since this I tried to disable Firewall and/or nod32 without any success. I also tried to re-install network scanner drivers too, but nothing new here.
Using this WIA scanner is not something I can't miss since this is my daily job !
Any ESET input will be really appreciated becaus I bought this product (nod32) for 3 years and I really need a fast response !
