Hi, I've prepared my offline repository by following this guide and I've also set Repository setting to our local repository (hxxp://192.x.x.x, accessible by client) in the Server Settings but somehow the clients is getting a "Failed to synchronize package repository". The client having this Trace Message "GetFile: Failed to process HTTP request (error code: 20019, url: 'hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1//info.meta')" which I don't understand as I have already set it to an offsite repository. Thanks for the reply Marcos. I've managed to download everything which is about 320GB+ which is quite a waste for us as we only have a license for few products and en language. I can't use HTTP Proxy as the entire network has no access to Internet. Anyway, thanks again for the reply.

Hi, I'm currently preparing an offline repository using ERA MirrorTool. I have been downloading for several days the files are consuming almost 300GB. Is there any parameters that we can use to customize the download? I only found excludeProducts but even that, there are several versions and language that I would like to exclude. TIA, plceset

Hi Guys, This is my first time to post a question and I have tried searching for the possible solution without any success. We have several PC on remote location and we are blocking almost everything except those that we need. One of the policy that I wanted to implement is to allow access to Gmail but block Youtube. We've tried SSL filtering and adding *youtube.com* to block list but still unsuccessful. Is there anyone out there that has successfully implemented such policy? Please advise. P.S. We are using ESET Smart Security 4 Business TIA
