We've got an unexpected problem when trying to install smart security in Windows 10. In my particular case system had ESS 7 (forgot exactly) inslalled on Win7. Win7 was updated to Win10 and ESS disappeared. So I turned off Windows Endpoint protection and win firewall via gpedit.msc and updated ESS to latest avialable version. Everything looked ok, ESET started, updated signatures, scanned computer. After reload error code: "IRQL LEVEL LESS OR EQUAL" appeared and windows failed to recover. I've tried to load system in safe mode with different parameters, but it failed to start, the only option that works is cmd.exe. What should I do?
