this issue had already existed since the edition with banking & payment feature was first released. and now the version installed on my computer is 10.0.386.

In the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China official website, for instance, when you click the link of personal banking in Chinese interface, the banking payment protection function will start automatically. Here is the Chinese interface website link，hxxp://www.icbc.com.cn/icbc/. But when you input the verification code in login interface, the characters displayed in the input field are not the ones you input actually. In the interface of English version website of this bank, when you click the link of personal banking, the protection function will not be activated. So the issue mentioned above will not occur. The verification code can be displayed correctly. Here is the English interface website link, hxxp://www.icbc.com.cn/ICBC/EN/default.htm. I ever fed back the issue in August 2015. I think the issue should have been solved long ago. Perhaps because of my awful English level, I can’t explain the issue clearly and can’t make the technician understand me. some funtions of network protection still don't work

Eset 9.0 can run normally on windows 7，and I find that the ESET Personal Firewall was listed in local connection（right click the local connection and select attribution），so I tried to install the service manually and expected to resolve the issue. but failed. -
up to now, some functions of network protection still don't work(see the attachment). But there is no any issue within the vmware work station. I respectively installed three version of windows 10, they are windows 10 home 32 bit, windows 10 pro 32 bit and windows 10 pro 64 bit. and then I installed eset smart security 9.0 beta on the virtual machine, all the functions work well. I tried to install eset personal firewall manually, but I was notified that "Unable to add required functioanality, error:access denied".
