  1. My Public License ID is: 33C-WUA-FVK I tried to upgrade to 6.6 but I looked online and it says 6.5 is the newest version for remote administrator. I ran the upgrade task and it still didn't upgrade. I do not have the task enabled to delete non connecting computers.
  2. Sorry, that is what I meant. I have to run that task every day to activate my clients.
  3. Every day I have to log into the Remote administration site and run an activation task on my clients. Every day there will be a handful of clients that are listed as not activated. After I run the script they all activate. Should my clients not check with the server on their own and verify they are activated? Is this an issue that can be fixed? Or is there a way to run a scheduled task to authenticate them every day? I am running 6.5 on my clients.
  4. I tried to activate on the client and recieved the ACT .21 error.
  5. I recently upgraded from eset 5 to 6.5 and I am having trouble activating all my clients. Most of they will activate, but I currently have 48 computers that will not activate through the ERA activation task. I am able to contact these machines, I can even send commands to them (reboot, policy change), but the activation comes back as failed for them. The rest of my machines are working fine. Any ideas? The machines range in vender and OS. from windows 7 to windows 10. I have HP, Dell, and lenovo machines. The ones that activate and the ones that don't activate are found in all the range. I can't seem to find a common issue that all the ones that will not activate share.
  6. I am done with ERA 6.x. it is locking up my servers and computers. how do I go back to 5x? I just bough 3 years worth of licences for 6.x, will my product keys work on 5 or do I need to have them converted?
  7. I can't seem to activate my products through the ERA. I was finally able to install them and push them out, but they are all (except 1 for some reason) showing as not activated. If i go to the machine and try to activate there is noting in the key. So it wants me to enter my keycode. I assumed this would be pushed down from the server. I see that there were some issues recently with activating, but they have been cleared up or so I am led to belive. But I am still unable to activate anything through ERA. Is there a way to check on the client to see if they are even looking at the server to try to get their product key? So far I am very unhappy with 6.2. I should have stayed with the 5. Someone put a programer in charge of the functions of this new versoin instead of testing it on real users.
