O.K., I'll wait... My Window's icons are small - today after rebooting my computer I've got medium icons... It is a little annoying. I've changed them to small icons - and after rebooting my computer (12 times) - situation was the same...

How about to get permissions to edit registry keys? It stopped me on any of previous attempts. Also, is it so difficult to make patch that will do that (with admin rights enabled) instead? In to the regitry, go to the folder "InProcServer32". Right click and select permissions. Click on the button "Advanced". On top of this menu change the Owner from "System" to the group "Administrators" On the bottom select the box "Replace all child permissions entries with......" and click OK Back to the first Permission menu, select the group Admininstrators" and select Allow box "Full Control" and click on OK. Do this for both registry entries !! Reboot computer and see you icons are back to normal! Good luck! Please let me know if this was the solution!
