I bought it through www.eset.com

I renewed my ESET Internet Security Essential license and checked out, and the whole purchase went through and my bank statement shows it was a charge. However, no email confirming my order and waited an hour, but nothing. ESET Home still shows the license as expired, and I can not download the ESET software for the protection I purchased a license renewal for. I am not for sure what is going on, but I know I paid for it and want the subscription I paid for.
