  1. I just spoke with tech support, and they told me this issue was fixed in 6.2.xxxxx so I am going to install that tonight and see how I get on.
  2. I applied the hotfix last thursday, and I have had the same issue again. I have had to disable the eset service to keep my network operational. Can I disable Protocol Filtering from the Remote Admin Console? If so, where? I can't seem to find the setting.
