my server and all web sites in server are blocked. i sent email but never get answer from eset and my server is blocked. how to solve it?

My server and all sites have been blocked by eset long time, though I've to fix the problem and, the report server and all sites but my server & sites are blocked yet. how to solve it? how to check to remove from blacklist?
