  1. Thank you very much for your reply. Today came the update notice. Everything in order for the moment.
  2. Question: Will the program be updated automatically to this version or do I have to do a manual search? Because I'm still in version 11.1.54.0 and I have not had any notification to update EIS.
  3. Thank you very much for your reply. These events were only recorded during the installation, later restarts of the PC have not been presented to me. Do you think it necessary that you still do the steps that you indicate? Edit: I just installed eset internet through the package of version 11.0.159.9 without registering any of the mentioned events. Then update to version 11.1.54.0 from the same program without incident. Maybe it could be the case that the package to install version 11.1.54.0 has some problem?
  4. I just reinstalled windows 7 64 bits, and after installing EIS I observe these same events in the registry, plus one of the firewall. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program 2 times and both times it throws these events. Install version 10 of ESS and there does not throw these events. Are events that we can consider "normal"? Is the team safe in spite of these events? The firewall error is this: "The attempt to add the root certificate to all known browsers on the computer failed."
  5. Thank you very much for your response, although I doubt very much that there is any corruption of the profile, since it happens in all 3 pcs in which I have installed ESET. And it does not always happen, it happens sporadically, it can take three or four days without the message appearing and suddenly when you start the pc you get that. And it seems to be only from version 11, with 10 it does not show up.
  6. This message continues to appear occasionally when I started my pc. There is no information about what causes this behavior?
  7. Today I realized that the HIPS module was 1317, so I proceeded with the update of the program, and in effect, the aforementioned error is no longer displayed in the event viewer in my case.
  8. Thank you very much for the information, and is there news of when this module will be available for everyone?
  9. I am presented with the same error in the event log and I can see that the HIPS module is version 1315. Does anyone know where I can download version 11.0.159 to reinstall it?
  10. That is not because it blocks the page for the same type of threat? Since it is not that it blocks the file, it blocks the page that leads to the download of the file, the legend appears that the site has been blocked because it may contain potentially dangerous or unwanted applications.
  11. Thank you for responding, I have run a full scan of my system and it comes out clean. Moreover, I have not even been able to install glary utilities, since it was after a format that I wanted to reinstall the program. Thanks for answering, but I do not understand what you mean.
  12. Lately, in some downloads of programs that had been used for a long time, they show blocking alerts from eset, they are blocked by the PUA blacklist. For example: Time; URL; Status; Application; User; IP Address; SHA1 02-24-2018 02:40:59 PM; https: //download.glarysoft.com; Blocked by the PUA blacklist; C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Google \ Chrome \ Application \ chrome.exe; PC -Home \ Hijin; 216.137.41.124; 965951FF9FECED0F518908DC2FF7FEF6BE4550E8 Time; URL; Status; Application; User; IP Address; SHA1 02-24-2018 08:18:48 PM; https: //www.drivethelife.com; Blocked by the PUA blacklist; C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Google \ Chrome \ Application \ chrome.exe; PC -Home \ Hijin; 54.183.15.164; 965951FF9FECED0F518908DC2FF7FEF6BE4550E8 However, when making an analysis on virustotal of said blocked pages, the same eset finds them as safe sites. VirusTotal What's going on?
  13. The strange thing is that we have 12 PCs with Eset in the office and in all of them the problem was presented, and we managed two different internet providers and with both networks failed. The only thing that all the machines agree on is that they use the dns of opendns, is it possible that this was the problem? The dns?
  14. The problem has already been corrected. There should be a page where you can see if the Eset servers are presenting problems to inform the public.
  15. The eset update servers are failing. the download of the virus signature is interrupted, it begins but does not end. It happens rn all our PCS, both with version 10 and 11.
  16. It seems that this does not work correctly, I for example always deactivate the "restore system" function, and when I get into the system cleaner it informs me that it is deactivated, however when I give it the instruction to restore it, there is no change, "restore system "remains deactivated.
  17. Thank you very much for the clarification. One last doubt. I uninstalled version 10 to install 11 of EIS, once I installed the new version I got a message that I had to restart the computer and I had two options, "restart later" or "restart now", say restart now and nothing happened, I do not restart the computer, I do not know if it is a known error of the installation of the product.
  18. Sorry, the automatic update of the antivirus I did not report any new version, until I did a manual search.
  19. I have two doubts that I hope will help me clarify. First, I see that there is a new version of the program. 10.1.235.1, but in all the machines of the work 10.1.219.1 is still shown. I guess again the automatic update did not work and should be run manually on "all" the PCs, is it correct? Second, we handle the smart security version, not premium, I guess there will not be an update to version 11 for this product unless we get new licenses, right? Thanks in advance.
  20. 5 months since I reported this error, I guess it must be super difficult to correct it.
  21. I will format my pc, following its recommendation, but I must support many work files. Do you think there is a risk of translating the infection to the external hard drive where will I store the information?
  22. Now the question is, should I format my pc if I had a 64 bit system, or really only affect 32 bit systems? And second, by the disinfection guide they mention, ESET does not eliminate the threat completely by itself, right?
  23. According to information from Piriform, since August 20 the people of Morphisec's security, detected the behavior anomalo, only did not make it public, therefore the problem was perceptible from the early days. I could understand that zero day did not recognize the threat, but please, was active almost a month and no one else noticed, or who knows how many months they would have taken to do so. And as for my second approach, do you have to format the computer because ESET will not be able to protect us from possible sequels?
