Hello! I hope you’re doing very well. I’m writing to you because my ESET Smart Security does not show the window with the infections to clean them up. It completes the scan and says that there are 14 infections, but the option to clean them does not appear. I tried scanning as administrator and as a regular user, and the result is the same. I also tried scan and clean and scan without cleaning, nothing changes. Can you help me? Thank you!
