Hi, Edit and Delete buttons are greyed out when i trying to change or delete address list item from policy, as you can see in screenshot. Could you please reproduce this in your own side and confirm that this is a bug? Thank you

As far as i know the agent installation trace logs is only available in agent side. you cannot trace the installation errors from server's trace logs. so bbraunstein is right.

Hello, How can i add a ssl certificate(.cer) to era6 policy? ESET's SSL scanner blocking the hotmail's ssl connection, so i would like to add ssl certificate to policy to exlcude from scanning, as in era v5. I can see List of known certificates section in Policy but there is no any add button. Could you please help me? thank you

Hello everyone, I just want to create a HIPS rule that can block an application that running in C:\users\user\appdata. I want to deploy this configuration via ERA Policy. So I need to specify a path like C:\users\*\appdata\applicationfolder. As I see it, ESET accept only exact path while I am creating HIPS rule. Is there any solution for this? Thank you
