Hi Guys My ESMC server is connected to serveral networks. I hope I could use only one Installer package in my environment. That will be easier to distribute and maintain. How can I set serveral ESMC IP address in one "All-in-one Installer" ? I tried to set some IPs in a ESMC agent policy and select it when I created a All-in-one package. But it didn't work. The configuration which set in policy was replaced by "Server hostname (optional)" which set during created All-in-one package.

Hi , the version of efsl is 4.5.9, and the server is centos 6.9.When I started to update ,got a error :" Base file missing." The efsl update from "autoselect" server via era http proxy.

The problem is solved. I downloaded certificate from thawte and imported it. Thanks for helping.

when I add a license in ERAconsole, I get an error: "Failed to add license by license key ". I think my network connection run well because efsw installed on the same server can be activated with the same license. The attachment is the era trace log by 'Trace' level. Hi there. I added a hips rule and deny all files operations in a path . If I access this path by UNC from another pc, I can still modify/delete files in it. Can someone help to explain why the hips does't work, please? ：）

Hello Team, 1.I regist evs to Vshield successfully ，but the status on evs local console always be: Current vShield registration status :-vShield is not reachable at addres X.X.X.X 2.Can't regist successfully by a local vShield user with role auditor. Root or Vcentor admin is Ok. 3.The overview of vAgent Host on its vclient console shows it's an era server. But every funcion is normal.
