  1. Hi, I have sent numerous emails requesting support and have received no replies from ESET. Is this normal? I upgraded my computer to Windows 10 and now get error messages. I can't find help for my specific problem in the Knowledgebase. I really need help. Windows 10 is so different, I need someone to walk me thru the steps to uninstall and reinstall Nod32. Thanks, Jim
