Hello Marcos,
I have two questions.
1.) I have a license for Smart Security Premium until the end of the year.
After release of new V17, will I get an offer to upgrade from Smart Security to Ulimate for the remaining term, when I log in into my Eset-Account?
2.) I have bought a few months ago a new license for Smart Security at Amazon, which I will activate at first day in 2024. Will I also get an offer to upgrade from Smart Security to Ulimate for the whole year?

Since 1 or 2 weeks; I don´t get an Notification after an successful Update. I like this Notification. Does anybody has an idea, why I don´t receive these Notifications anymore?

Please can somebody from the moderators explain how Banking protection works? Bitdefender´s and Kasperky´s Banking Protection do not allow Screenshots and copy to clipboard.
Eset´s Banking protection allow that.
So, how is Eset protecting Onlinebanking?

In Automatic mode I don´t receive any alerts for application modifications. Is this a bug?
According to the help, only applications for which a rule exists are monitored for changes:
The application modification detection feature displays notifications if modified applications, for which a firewall rule exists, attempt to establish connections.
I have Automatic Mode enabled and there are no rules for Outbound.In your Post vom 28.10. you have confirmed, that also in Automatic Mode, I receive alerts for changed application: You will be asked for an action even if you don't use interactive mode.
But I don´t receive that. Is this a bug?

Only 32-bit browsers are supported in Threshold 2. Chrome offers a 32-bit installer by default even on x64 systems.
Does this mean, that Chrome 64 bit will not be supported in the future? Only Edge and IE 64-bit are supported?

when I use Firewall Automatic Mode together with enabled detection of application modifications, do I get information about modified applications? Or does this only work with interactive mode firewall?

Upgrade from Smart Security to NEW Ultimate
in ESET Internet Security & ESET Smart Security Premium

I believe you understand me wrong.
As I have said, I have a license ending at the end of 2023, and a new license for next year, both bought at Amazon.
Amazon cannot upgrade from Smart Security to Ultimate.
My question was, do you offer an upgrade when I log in to my Eset-Account.
