A support case is open with Connectwise, who has not responded with even an automated acknowledgement of the request and it is not possible to open a case with ESET because their ticket submission process only covers home and business users.
The error message in the log files is "3/10/2023 10:18:08 AM;Licensing;ESET Endpoint Antivirus: Activation was not successful. (Activation failed in association. (ECP.13));SYSTEM" and ECP.13 doesn't appear to exist in KB6996 or KB7297 which both claim to list all ECP errors.
This is a new problem, we have sufficient licensing, and we get an "Activation failed with ESET Endpoint Antivirus" message in the DEM.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to address this? Thanks.
