Hello guys. Im testing ESET firewall. Eset blocks communication but it doesnt generate logs with blocked connection. Another question is that i need to turn on logs to generate them. Is there any posibility to turn on the logs permamently?

Hi guys. I have a problem. Im trying to connect my eset endpoint to eset protect server. Everything should work but there is problem. I cant see my computer on eset protect managment server. I will attach photos of the communication between eset endpoint and eset protect. I did test-net connection by powershell and there is connection. I checked the traffic between firewalls and there is a traffic. I did test-net connection by powershell and there is a tcp connection between server and endpoint. I chcecked this connection using whireshark and there is a tcp session but at the end of the session eset protect reset connection. Private dns server works correctly. Do you have any advice where is the problem. Thank you for help.

Hello guys. Eset treats network driver like suspicious application. Do you know which policy is going to make exclusions for that.

It worked after I deleted static group and kept only dynamic group. Question is how can i exclude my computer from dynamic group called windows pc

I added this policy and it still requier password. It can be problem between endpoint and protect. But I dont know what exactly is going on.

Im one of the administrator. Can I check the password to the endpoint in the eset protect?
