I did that but I never heard back from your company. Each time I reach out for support I'm told that support ONLY exists for PAID products. PLEASE ADVISE.

I can no longer run the online scanner It starts and then stops a few seconds later.I have always used it as a manual monthly run and delete it when I finish.I'm on WIN 11 home. Please advise
