the MAC already came with MacOS Ventura - so I installed Cyber Security Pro 6 first (coming from Windows and having the License for Internet Security there).
I uninstalled ESET and installed it from scratch. Is there any tool to clean uninstall ESET from any leftovers before I install it new?

I have the same Problem as already reported in this Thread
I have a AVM Fritzbox 7590 on 192.168.1.1 , have deinstalled and clean installed V 7.3.7300 now 2 times. Had this problem already in latest Cyber Security Pro 6 before.
The problem shows a couple of minutes after installation of Eset CS7. It also blocks my Pihole at 192.168.1.222 and even Eset CS7 can't update anymore (in the log it says "No connection to the server"). Temporary solution as in the thread from "Rav3nDK" in the last post written.
Is there any fix ? The Thread from"Rav3nDK" was just closed.
Thanks for any help.

something with the rules is definetely wrong, tryed every workaround here, yesterday I installed EIS 10.1.204.3 from the scratch (deinstalled every rest of ESET with the Eset cleaner) changed the Firewall to Interactive Mode and recreated the rules - and now I got a message from Eset for the Windows 10 "backgroundTaskHost.exe" - but I have already created a rule (permit all outgoing traffic) for exactly that file yesterday

I had the problem with Win10 1607 and now Win10 1703 - I can fix it now most of the time by disabling all 3 Problems (Firewall,IDS,Botnet) -> close the GUI -> open it again and enabling all 3 again without the need for reboot

exactly, and what makes it even more annoying, you don't see it, if you don't open the GUI !!!
Why does not even the Home-Page of the GUI cry out loud, that there is a problem ???

i have a sabertooth z87 with the AI Suite 3 installed
eset smart security version 8.0.312.0
virus database 11961
windows 7 pro 64 bit
can not supply memory dumps or error logs with this system cause none are produced
the system just locks up with the mouse locked to the center of the screen on the windows desktop the reset button no longer functions the only way to reset is to hold in the power button for 4 secs till system shuts down.....
no blue screen, no logs made i have tried everything i know to make it produce these logs for you guys
this is not a solution to fixing this... just makes it so the system will function for now
in the windows/system32/drivers/ehdrv.sys i renamed this file to ehdrv.sys.old in safe mode which shuts down HIPS and it runs stable this way
alright my system is running normal after the latest pre-release updates were install
no longer have to rename the ehdrv.sys and is not crashing with this pre-release updates

Hello Hikester,
can you please provide us with actual full memory dump from the system freeze with Anti-stealth module 1081 for analysis?
Thank you in advance.
P.R.
Just did the complete memory dump manually after the freeze (could reproduce it 3 times) - but the file is 16GB and rar-compressed still 624MB.

We're going to release an updated Anti-Stealth module 1081 with a workaround for this kind of issues soon. It should be available on pre-release update servers first, with regular update servers to follow.
Just got the Anti-Stealth Module 1081 - the problem still exists -> after reboot Freeze in exact the same Moment the Icon in tray starts to spin
After I quickly deactivate all the AISuite III Services and running tasks before the first scan of Eset the problem did not appear
I have an Asus Z87 Sabertooth mit AI Suite III (only the Fan Module) installed and the Eset SS 8.0.319.1 with Prerelease Updates

just found another problem:
wanted to put the adresses in the exception list for protocol checking, after clicking "OK" and going back in the list for checking -> the list is empty again
