  1. Greetings, In light of CloudFlare's proposed standard, Encrypted Client Hello (ECH), which prevents intermediaries from seeing the web pages a user is visiting, has ESET roadmapped any enhancements to ensure the Web Access Protection feature in Endpoint Security will still be effective in monitoring web traffic from web browsers that have integrated ECH? Reference: https://blog.cloudflare.com/announcing-encrypted-client-hello/ Thanks
  2. A sysadmin discovered multiple 110MB NUP.* files that contained ESET-module within the first few lines. This seems to be an anomalous, one-off occurrence in our environment. However, the root volume of the Linux server was completely filled due to these files. Can anyone confirm the purpose of these files (I'm assuming they are related to definition updates) and if there is a means to prevent the creation of a multitude of such files?
  3. Greetings, Does ESET provide a means to handle licensing for ephemeral and auto-scaled instances/servers? We have workloads running on AWS EC2 instances that may live for a day or less, depending on the demand on our services. From what I see, ESET allows recouping licenses from systems that don't check in after a day via the Business Account settings, but this would not be ideal for most of our fleet (end user devices). Is there a way to deactivate seats that have not connected for shorter durations and also apply this setting to a specific OU? Are there recommendations from ESET for handling auto-scaled/short-lived instances? Thanks
  4. Greetings, Is there a roadmap or estimated release date for ESET Server Security for Linux ARM64? Amazon Graviton CPU provides significant cost savings that we are hoping to take advantage of, and are wanting to know if ESET will be compatible in the near future. Thanks
