  1. Yes. Here is another example. Attached shows (2) blank spaces which should show the "_' Here is a copy and paste from ESET PW manager: 19_AbZp._ I created the password on the website, updated ESET when prompted. It simply will not show the underscore. All other characters it works fine. If I had a keyboard issue it should manifest itself when entering the password with an underscore on a website. Again, I would be happy to re-produce what I see if you are able.
  2. I don't know if you are permitted to do screen sharing but it will defiantly indicate what I am relaying here.
  3. The attached .doc shows a screen shot of the password not showing the underscore on my screen. The other pic is where I copied and pasted the password from my ESET password list into a blank MS word document. There it does shows the underscore at the end. Hope this helps. MediCaL1_ Copied and pasted into Microsoft word FROM my ESET password list DOES show underscore!
  4. Done. Here is info. Dear ESET user,Thank you for contacting ESET Technical Support. This is an automatic reply to confirm that we have received your case. Your case was assigned #00470078.We will answer your inquiry as soon as possible.
  5. Marcos - have looked everywhere for a ticket ID but cannot locate. Any info I can provide that will help? Thanks
  6. This seems to be way to important to ignore. I trust ESET, but this issue seems way too important to ignore. I understand that issues happen. What I do not understand is zero feedback other than it has been "submitted".
  7. Marcos, below is entire script of the chat. I am led to believe that it was not forwarded based on his instructions for me to access this forum and submit the issue? To me, this is a significant concern. I would assume that ESET retains all copies of chats in their database as well. Thanks for your reply. This session has been transferred to Ryan M..
