Is there a way we can prevent users to access External drive connected over wifi? ESET does support USB controls, however, our users have been accessing external drives over wifi and ESET was able to identify a lot of suspicious/malicious scripts. We wish to put a control over this. Thanks!

Hi Team, We have been maintaining tasks for Mac OS update. However, almost 70% of machines fails to get updated and re-running the task doesn't help much. We have crossed checked the reporting status of the failed machines, all of them are reporting to ESET quite well too. And have also disabled the option to cancel the pop-up throwed by ESET for OS update. Is there any way we could force the machines to update?

Hi, We are trying to generate a report that can be sent to upper management as a part of reporting. However, as per the options available in ESET, it lets you to generate report individually for report templates. is it possible to collate all selected report templates into a single pdf report?
