I have created report like this and put it to dashboard. I was thinking about some button that is displays on user PC and after click on it a unlock request is send via email to IT Office. I assume that solution doesn't exists. Is it possible to trigger generating report whenever report receives a data? I set up trigger to send me an email and the answer to the question would help me.

Hi, I have a question about email notification after plugging in the usb flash drive. We have the policy to block all usb devices. And only after a call from employee we unlock it for certain user. In previous anti-virus - Kaspersky after plugging in usb, user got a notification with button to send an email to IT Office with a request to unlock his USB device. ESET have any options like this above? If the option exists, how to configure it?
