[Deploy licensed Endpoint Antivirus]

Good Afternoon,

I've been trying to deploy ESET to the clients on my 2016 AD network, however in order to use group policy I have to use the MSI downloaded from the website. Even after creating the install_config.ini file and deploying the MSI, the product doesn't activate.

Using the Security Management Center to create an installer outputs an .exe, which could be installed silently but according to this article it has to be stored on the local machine.

Any suggestions?

[Remote Admin Clients Don't Show Up.]

Hello,
I'm currently trying to set up Eset Remote Administrator (v5.2.26) on a Windows server 2012 r2. On multiple Client computers I have Eset endpoint Antivirus (v5.0.2229.0). I've set up the Remote Administrator server following the instructions Here and set up Remote administration in the Antivirus to point to my server (lets say 192.168.1.2). The Client doesn't show up in the client lists and there are no log files at all for connecting to the server. I am able to telnet to my server using 

telnet 192.168.1.2 2223

2223 being the port used. I can ping fine but even when I point the update server at the 2012 r2 it returns cannot connect to server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
