  1. Hi, Our employee has installed ESET Secure Authentication App (via link in the SMS) on his Android phone. During installation, a PIN was set up for the app. Now the employee cannot remember the PIN. Even after repeated reinstallation (via link in the SMS), the PIN remains. No menu can be called up or settings made within the app. Complete lockout. Alternative options, such as lock screen gesture, SIM code, have also not led to a solution. It must be possible to use the app again without a PIN. How can the PIN be deleted or changed? Thank you very much.
