This is a reoccurring issue - I see several forum posts about it and all are closed without further comment. Currently experiencing similar issue of both ESET and Windows Firewall are shut off on particular systems, but the policies in the Cloud Admin say they are enabled. The end user is really concerned so I allowed Windows Firewall to be turned on until something else can be resolved or a different solution is presented.
