  1. I'm receiving the same message, along with an exhortation to "allow access to ESET Push Notification Service servers on firewall". When I click on the link, I get to a list of IP addresses. That's it. Like I, an utterly non-technical accountant, am supposed to know what to do with them. No explanations or instructions at all. Also, I don't have a firewall. I use a VPN from time-to-time, but that hasn't been activated today. I'm stuck with this program for another year but will be moving to something layman-friendly at the end of it. You want to sell to non-technical folks for use on their home computers, you should be ready to make trouble-shooting a bit more layman-user-friendly. In the meantime, if anyone can provide some advice, I have no idea how long tech support will take to respond, I've a ton of work to do and am a bit nervous about working on my computer without anti-virus protection.
