Is the Live installer only used for installing the agent via a pen drive/shared folder/email etc as the guide suggests or can it be used to install the agent remotely? Thanks again!

Hello, When we want to install the agent via the Agent Deployment Server Task, we have to add the machine to our Firewalls exception list. I'm not sure what would be causing this as all the machines are local and the installation shouldn't go out to the internet unless it's downloading a file? Does anyone know if this is the case and if there is an easier solution? Thanks.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried this yesterday but the Task doesn't seem to execute. I tried recreating it today and it still doesn't do anything. Don't get anything in the execution logs. Any ideas why this might be? Rob

Hello all, We pre-installed the ESET Agent onto a Windows image and imaged quite a few of the machines. The machines don't seem to connect/report in to ERA. Is there something else we're required to do to get ERA to acknowledge these devices. Or is deploying the Agent via an Image not recommended? Thanks for any help.
