Black Minion

I brought eset NOD32 Antivirus few years back and since i already had a installed one on my pc... i kept the Antivirus safe... and now when i finally tried installing the antivirus it says my activation key is expired... but i haven't used this Antivirus even once since i brought it and now when i call the suppliers about this problem they are just asking me to buy a new one.. did i just got ripped off??
