i dl the log collector and saved the zip file but that personal data i aint going to post it here now what?

every time when i start up my pc windows10 i get this warning that it blocked this address mybetterck.com my question is how can i remove it from doing this i searched on google how but it still keeps giving me this warning i know eset blocked it ok nice thnx but i want it to be removed and not comes on my screen every time does anyone has the golden tip how to remove it i deleted my cookie and history but still it returns thnx in advance
