  1. @The Administrator Don't forget to disable automatic product updates if you have this option enabled.
  2. @HI-IT If you don't want to wait, just downgrade to v9 for now. It's working without problems.
  3. @TomasB22 Yes, issue persist. This fix is not working for us. @Marcos Thanks for the tip Marcos, but unfortunatelly it's not working for us. We had to roll back to v9 and can't experiment anymore. People are really anoyed by this issue. What about memory dump I have provided? Is it ok?
  4. We were finally able to get memory dump. I hope it's complete. I'm sending you link via PM.
  5. Yes, I think so too. We are experiencing the same problem on WS 2012 R2 and WS 2019. Both RDS. And unfortunately we are not aware how to manually trigger a crash.
  6. I upgraded SQLExpress and ESMC upgrade was successful. Thank you!
  7. I sent you whole trace log via message. There is this error: 2020-01-08 07:57:51 Error: CSystemConnectorModule [Thread 1604]: UpgradeInfrastructure: Installation command 'cmd.exe /c msiexec.exe /qn /i "C:\Windows\TEMP\9843-ccf6-edea-c535\server_x64.msi" /l*v "%TEMP%\ra-upgrade-infrastructure.log" ALLUSERS=1 REBOOT="ReallySuppress"' exited with 0x643: (0x643), Při instalaci došlo k závažné chybě 2020-01-08 07:57:51 Error: CSystemConnectorModule [Thread 1604]: UpgradeInfrastructure: Skipping webconsole upgrade. Server upgrade failed
  8. It's happening to me too right now. I have the same version of ESMC. My task references 7.1.717.0 version of ESMC. I can provide you requested trace logs, but rather via PM if it's possible.
  9. Deleting temp files did not help. I have sent you those logs via PM. I hope I have done that correctly. Thank you.
  10. Hello, what's wrong when EEA is throwing this: "error extracting file"? I can't update ESET on this PC. AVs on other PCs are without problems. Problem is only on this PC. There is fresh install of Windows 10 and EEA 7.1.2045.5. Clearing cache does not help...
  11. Hello, I'm trying to setup Apache HTTP proxy and it looks like it's not working in case of ESMC agents. When I tick off "Use direct connection if proxy is not available", I can't comunicate with agent and there is this logged on proxy server: [Tue Apr 16 15:29:13.202849 2019] [core:debug] [pid 10956:tid 12484] vhost.c(1167): [client 172.16.1.46:50496] AH02417: Replacing host header 'proxy.server.cz:2222' with host 'proxy.server.cz:2222' given in the request uri [Tue Apr 16 15:29:13.202849 2019] [authz_core:debug] [pid 10956:tid 12484] mod_authz_core.c(806): [client 172.16.1.46:50496] AH01626: authorization result of Require group usergroup: denied (no authenticated user yet) [Tue Apr 16 15:29:13.202849 2019] [authz_core:debug] [pid 10956:tid 12484] mod_authz_core.c(806): [client 172.16.1.46:50496] AH01626: authorization result of <RequireAny>: denied (no authenticated user yet) It looks like it's working in case of Endpoint Antivirus, because when I tick off "Use direct connection if proxy is not available" in Endpoint Antivirus policy, product can be updated and I can see this in HTTP proxy log. But it also looks strange, because authorization is failing two times until it's succesfull. What does it mean? 12. I have proxy configured on Agent and EEA and it's still doesn't work. Is it really possible to activate EEA through ERA6?
