Hello my software has just expired and I have purchased a new ESET Internet Security from the same person/shop that I always buy from.
But it will not accept the License Key. Error Code: ACT.5
We have uninstalled and reinstalled and also tried installing ESET Internet Security on another computer as well as the same computer that needs protection. The exact same error code appears.
Please help in getting this software activated so I can be safe online with ESET. Screenshot is attached of the error message. Thanks.
