Windows 7, Toshiba laptop, about 4 years old. ESET Smart Security 6 was working until 4/17/15 when it would no longer update the database, or run. Suddenly says it's not activated but my license is valid until June 2015. Created help ticket, but they only help you Mon. thru Fri. This is my home computer and I work, Mon. thru Fri. Tried to uninstall, but the product doesn't show in my programs folder in control panel. I am not that technical of a user, so a complicated fix scares the beejeebers out of me. Help? Anyone?
