Hi, can anyone point me to put some email addresses to a global whitelist for getting those not anymore putting this into Junk? I use ESET Protect Cloud and my Clients are Windows and MAC. Both have ESET Endpoint Security installed. Also installed the Agent. Every help is welcome. Regards, Heinz

Do you mean, I can use the exported configuration from a client, import the file into the eset protect console and convert it to a policy?

I solved it with interactive mode. The firewall troubleshouter was not working. No blocked rules found. Now there is a new question upcoming. I can export the settings and import them to other clients. How can I do this with all clients automatically?

Hi, I have a Samsung Flipchart. When I stop the firewall. the wireless screen sharing is working fine. When the firewall is active, the screen sharing is blocked. What can I do? Best Regards, Heinz

Hi, I changed from Kaspersky to ESET. So I am a fool at ESET products. AND I have some silly questions. I installed some Agents with the surface through the Webinterface to some clients. Administrative Program of ESET is installed at a Windows 2019 Memberserver.
