Would be very cool if it could be possible to show a Desktop Message when something is sent to Dynamic Thread Defense even if ESET Gui is running in Terminal/Hidden Mode.
So that the User knows the reason for not beeing able to open e.g. a PDF File (when Document scanning is enabled).
I mean you can show it in Gui "Full"-Mode but i dont want the users to be able to show the Gui, Logs and stuff..

Can we please have an option in "Web and Email / Web Control" to create rules to block websites based on keyword.
For example, for an unproductive student, we don't want to block youtube completely as this is sometimes required for their school work, but we do want to block youtube videos on for example Minecraft. 
Now admittedly we are assuming every youtube page with a Minecraft video will have the word 'minecraft' on that page, but most probable will, so at least this rule would block most of these videos.
This is just one example of many that we could come up with to block content that is not currently covered under the set categories, and where blocking based on url is not practical.

Include BadUSB Prevention like G Data's USB Keyboard Guard. That would be cool. It scans all connected devices and after that, every other/new connected usb device will need to be allowed manually. user interaction or by eset protect backend.

Why is it when you select an item to add a column when creating a report, suddenly this then limits what additional items you can add to the report?
For example, I want to create a report for hardware inventory.
So I add Computer Name. So far so good.
I then add Manufacturer. 
I then want to add Model, but already I've been reduced to a very small subset of items, and Model is no longer available.
So I can't add model, processor, memory, hard drive, firmware details, driver details, etc...
I basically want to create a report that exports everything on the Computer Details / Basic and Hardware TABs but ESET Protect doesn't let me do this.
Same applies for other reports I want to run. I have weekly reports for all my customers with different information but I have to separate these reports into half a dozen different reports as I can't select everything I want in one or two reports.
This has been a problem for a long time. Can it be fixed please?

we have the gui enabled on our citrix servers for 10 years, with 20-25 users per server: everything is going well.

Please add Web Control URL and Category filtering to server product. This is HUGE on a terminal server. Previously with Trend Micro I was able to limit web traffic to only a select set of websites from a terminal server. This was great.

Detail:                With the various attack vectors growing along with many application specific restrictions required it would be greatly appreciated if we had the same firewall protections built into "ESET Endpoint Security" client in the server platform aka "ESET Server Security for Microsoft Windows Server" client.  This has always been a winning edge for ESET solution in the enterprise amongst the competition and is a shame that this functionality is NOT within the server product today.
Use Case:           Recently we were looking to enable a server as a jump box for a given specific application but only to connect to specific servers.  Currently can only be completed on a Windows 10 machine since the functionality for firewall capabilities does NOT exist within ESET built-in application and we DO NOT use Microsoft Windows firewall as we have centralized on ESET for firewall management.
