Updated to 15.1.12.0 and webcam and device control will no longer work. Just get a non-functional message and to reboot my PC. Is there a fix?

Does anyone know how to make anti-theft work? No matter what I try it will not show up on the web site and keeps giving me optimization errors. I have tried to enable/disable it multiple times, creating new ESET Home accounts, and uninstalling ESET completely and re-installing it. It still won't show up or stop giving optimization errors. Nothing seems to work!
