Hello, Mail received that someone logged into the pc, the ESET anti-theft ghost account was activated with a "jean" session. I accessed the PC that manages the workstations and scrolled down to eset home in the anti-theft section to declare it recovered. But the PC in question still remains on the ghost account "jean" even after rebooting, and even after deleting the anti-theft device. and now it's asking for a password.

Hello, do you have a procedure for updating ESET products via USB stick? We downloaded the updates via the mirror tool and copied the folders to the USB stick now how do we configure the product to retrieve these updates?

the problem is in chrome, firefox and other default browser. -
Hello, For a problem on two phones (Xiaomi Redmi and huawei 😞 ESET shows that the browsers are not protected. Using the kb to activate the anti-phishing feature did not work, it solves the problem temporarily but the problem resurfaces. I have even accessed the configuration and it is still the same. Is there a final solution to this? Thanks
