  1. Try to download the updated installers from beta download page (hxxp://www.eset.com/int/download/beta-versions/) , it looks like metadata are not updated yet.

  4. A new v9 build with full Win10 RTM compatibility will be released by the beginning of next week (before official Win10 release), we just needed to check if everything's compatible with "zero day update package" that will be released on July 29th.
  5. See Post Number 21 - Posted 21 July 2015 https://forum.eset.com/topic/5409-v9-compatibility-with-windows-10/page-2 By Eset Staff member Martin Semjan This is not a official release date confirmation, just an expected timeframe of release. You can expect a new beta release by the beginning of next week (compatible with Win10 RTM build)
  6. October 2015 Wow, must be the first time ever I see an ESET rep mention a release date/month (approximate?) in public Martin must not have received the memo about giving "release dates". I said you can "expect" the release, I didn't confirm anything , there's no official release date announced yet, but at least two previous versions have been release at that time, so you can "expect" there will be something new released at that time . I didn't confirmed anything officially and I'm not gonna do that before an official PR announcement.
  7. Hi, I can confirm that v9 will support right to left languages (arabic and hebrew)
  8. All modules that need to be updated to be compatible with Win10 10240 should be ready later today, but we need to test it, so it will be available sometimes next week.
  9. Please wait for just few more days and we will release updated installer files with full support for Win 10 RTM build (10240).
  10. From what I can see Eset is waiting on Microsoft.. See Post #68 By Marcos https://forum.eset.com/topic/5037-v9-beta-activation/page-4 Hi guy, we are working on support for Win10 build 10240 (this looks like the final RTM build, but it's not officially confirmed yet), updated installers (version 8, version 9 beta) will be available in just couple of days.
  11. So ... we will leave this as it's already implemented, black on white is the maximum possible contrast achievable
  12. At least some product managers are reading this , I will discuss this idea with our designer. Thanks for that.
  13. yes, your v8 license will be transfered during upgrade process. no, it will not be required to do a clean installation when v9 is officially released.
  14. Updated v9 beta installers compatible with Windows 10 build 10130 are available on public download server,so you need to download the installer again.
  15. Please try ESET uninstaller tool (hxxp://download.eset.com/special/ESETUninstaller.exe) in Windows safe mode.
  16. Interesting. Are you sure ? It wasn't enabled for me when I was in the Advanced Setup window. I don't use SSL scanning, so if it would have been enabled I would have disabled it, but I didn't need to do that as it was disabled by default for me. Maybe it depends on what OS you install ESET on ? SSL scanning is turned on by default, except for Windows XP
  17. Yes, you can still use unused license keys for v9 activation and you will be able to convert your existing username/password to a new license key for final v9 release.
  18. Beta is english only but the final release will be localized to portuguese (Brazil) Yes, you can still use unused license keys for v9 activation.
  19. The answer is very simple , installer itself is from different build (114) but it contains build 111.
  20. Hi, this is due to incompatible modules with Win10 build 10122. Unfortunatelly v9 beta cannot be activated on Win10 10122.
