I am implementing the Device Control policy and I have a question. I have managed to apply the policy, block access to the pendrives and add a pendrive to the list of allowed pendrives but I have encountered the following difficulty. When I added the flash drive to the allowed flash drive I had to create a rule indicating the serial number of the flash drive and the model but the only way to access this information is to go to the Log File in the client where the events are displayed.
What would be helpful is to find this same information in the cloud console because we may not always be able to access the remote machine and be able to see the client log. I've been checking but I don't see a way to access that information, would you know how?
