my english is not good.
i'm new user, and i started to use ESET Mail Security for Exchange Server mounth ago.
Now i want to known why for one customer that write me, append this :
Sender has spammy reputation (100%) IP address: 46.232.183.143 HELO domain: relay.mailchannels.net
and the email was rejected.
i have test the domain customer in :
hxxp://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/
hxxp://www50.mailshell.com/live_feed/livefeed_lookup_res.php
and all is green.
but the customer seem to send email trough relay.mailchannels.net.
