Hi I have recently migrated from a local install of Protect Server (v.9) to Protect Cloud having followed this guide: https://help.eset.com/protect_cloud/en-US/stop_using_cloud.html?cloud_migration.html All is working fine but I still have ESET Protect Server running on the local server. Is there a recommended method for uninstalling given that it is no longer in use? Thanks
  3. I ended up reinstalling on the client which resolved the problem.

I have a client laptop that is showing as connected on both the client itself and via the Eset Business Account site (eba.eset.com/ba/devices) but the last connected time on the Protect Cloud is not updated and is showing a different software version to what is actually running on the device. Any advice on how to correct this? Thanks.

  6. Hi I'm seeing this on all our clients (70+). Any indication as to whether or not this is affects performance? If not I'm content to leave until ESET supply a fix - would be interested to know if one is on the horizon. Thanks
  7. Guessing the following from \ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Server\EraServerApplicationData\Logs\trace.log might be what you are looking for?

  9. Repository has been empty for me for several days now. No change in configuration (set to AUTOSELECT). Is there a way to resolve as waiting doesn't seem to be helping.

  12. Hi Marcos Just upgraded clients to 6.6.2068 and all are suffering from this issue. Just checked and there are no Username/Password values in the registry settings.
  13. Hi @Marcos Apologies for not getting back in touch before now. Update failures were temporary - all updates started coming through fine shortly after posting last week. Thanks for the quick replies - much appreciated.

  15. Hi Upgraded Endpoint Security to version 6.6 on Windows 10 Enterprise (1703) clients. Clients are unable to update modules, failing with warning: Modules Update Failed, File not found on server.
  16. Ah! Thanks. In that case do you have any guidance on how to best make users aware of what is in the quarantine when running a quarantine mailbox or is the recommended way forward to move to a local quarantine?
  17. I have my mail quarantine running as a quarantine mailbox and it is working fine. I am wanting to send a daily report to users so have set up a 'send mail quarantine reports' scheduled task but when the report runs instead of sending out a report I am seeing 'Quarantine report - failed to get quarantine items' errors logged. Grateful for any pointers on how to resolve. Thanks.

  20. Hi In the ESET Remote Administrator the upgrade package ESET File Security for Microsoft Windows Server v6.5.12007.0 is showing as valid for Windows Server 2008 and 2003 only. Is this correct?
  21. Hi I'm attempting to create a Windows all-in-one installer for Endpoint Security version 6.4.2014. I can run through the configuration without a problem but when I attempt to download I get the following message: Failed: Object not present in object storage Is this down to me missing something or is there an issue with the repository? Thanks
  22. We are seeing exactly the same. Also HIPS remains disabled until after a virus signature database update and reboot.
