  1. Found he issue, the Bridge server couldn't resolve the ESET address. I have changed the DNS order, google first, and the problem solved.
  2. Hi, My setup is like that: Main ESET Server (10.8.8.8) ESET Bridge (10.8.8.9) (Server and Bridge communicating over VPN) Workstation in same local network as ESET Bridge I have installed the bridge, and the Management Agent, I can see it in the portal, but when I am trying to deploy via the portal ESET Protect, I get an error. I have check the trace.log: Error: CSystemConnectorModule [Thread 1d8c]: Software installation failed: GetFile: Failed to process HTTP request (error code: 20032, url: 'hxxp://repository.eset.com/v1//com/eset/apps/business/eea/windows/metadata3') All the setting are right as far as I have checked, and its wired that its still trying to connect to the ESET REOP over the internet. Any suggestions? Thanks
  3. I found there is new feature replacing the HTTP Proxy - "ESET Bridge", pretty straight forward and easy to set. finally we can manage all our endpoint in one web console
  4. Hi, Long time ago, i have tried my luck with connecting multiple ESET server, on different location to one main server, so we will be able to control them all from one location. Back then we didnt have our remote locations communicating with each other. today we finally have VPN connection, which allowing us communication between. I would like to ask again, what will be the best solution in the way, so we can connect multiple ESET Server to one location, behinds each ESET Server, there are workstation with ESET Endpoints. I would think of something like proxy server and one main server, not sure what is actually possible. Thank you
  5. Thank you for the answer @Marcos, unfortunately connect the endpoints to the cloud wont be an option. Only the ESET protect. I guess ill have to manage all the servers separately.
  6. Hi, I would like to know what are my options to manage few on-perm-servers from one place remotely? My deployment is 10 computers in one office, no internet connection, connected to on perm-server with internet connection. I basically would like to manage all these servers from one place. (I have 11) Thanks!
