On firewall settings ports 443 and 80 allow inbound for apache httpd

Ids has correct settings. But when i scan with nmap it appears this : 21/tcp filtered ftp 22/tcp filtered ssh 23/tcp filtered telnet 80/tcp open http 110/tcp filtered pop3 143/tcp filtered imap 443/tcp open https 3389/tcp filtered ms-wbt-server

Hi i have eset endpoint security product and i would like to inform me how i can block nmal from scanning my webserver opened ports. Thanks
