  1. Chiming in to report that I encountered the same issue today. Restarting ESET PROTECT Server service has helped for the moment. Has anybody tested if this comes up every time a new agent was installed? I have also raised a support ticket (Case #00799086).
  2. The problem has not occured again since I installed 10.0.12012.
  3. I can confirm that turning off RDP protection did not resolve the problem. On the bright side I was able to pull a complete memory dump (30GB) from an affected server, fingers crossed this one contains the data needed for a solution.
  4. I have had it happening four times on the same server, uptime between the failures was 4-20 days. I have (hopefully) managed to set it up for a full memory dump when the problem occurs again.
  5. Has anyone managed to resolve this? I have the same problem with one of my customers. Windows Server 2016 with RDS role, ESET Server Security 10.0.12010.0. It will run fine for a few days, maybe a week, then sessions start getting blocked with the "waiting for SENS" message. I will try to get a complete memory dump the next time it occurs.
