    Hi, 
    thanks vor the API for the Eset Protect Cloud . But we have found bugs in the implementation. We cant disable the second Authentification for our Api User. We cann disable it global and activate it manualy for all Users except our Api user. And if we give the api user only read rights and save him, he gehts automaticly full rights every time... we thing its a bug not a feature 🙂

    Hello,
    Unfortunately, the "auto update" setting does not work for Endpoints V8, and only for V9+. 
    In order to enable "auto updates" for V8, please configure this setting accordingly: 

    Also, it is important to remember, that even when the "auto update" is enabled, it does not mean that you will get the newer version immediately after its release. Versions are rolled out over time, starting approx. 1-2 month after the formal release into the repository.

    ESET is currently looking to speak with existing customers of its ESET PROTECT Cloud, ESET PROTECT on-prem, and ESET Enterprise Inspector solutions in order to conduct some qualitative research interviews.  These interviews will allow ESET to better define the future of these flagship products.
