Thanks for replying. Unfortunately not, but I've discovered the problem occurs when my phone is in battery saver mode and not all android features are available. So this makes sense.

My ESET Mobile Security app constantly gives me a notification about the anti-theft feature not being optimized. When I go to the anti-theft portal, it states my computer is optimized with 5 stars. How can I resolve this please.  I have a Motorola Moto G 5G plus. Thank you.
