Thanks for replying. Unfortunately not, but I've discovered the problem occurs when my phone is in battery saver mode and not all android features are available. So this makes sense.

Hello, My ESET Mobile Security app constantly gives me a notification about the anti-theft feature not being optimized. When I go to the anti-theft portal, it states my computer is optimized with 5 stars. How can I resolve this please. I have a Motorola Moto G 5G plus. Thank you.

Good evening everyone, I am using Eset internet security 15.0.23 on Windows 11. I have renamed my device in Eset Home (an extra "1" appeared in the name after a reinstall. The device renamed successfully in my Eset, however the old device name (with the extra "1") still appears in the drop-down menu on the main program screen on my PC. Any help is greatly appreciated.
