ok thanks the lack of an alert by ESET is why i wasn't to worried just wandering what it was saying thank you.

i checked the service and it is running i don't think the problem is withe kernel but with maybe an intermitted network fault this is a screen shot of the events log level diagnostics in the settings eset is not reporting a problem on the main screen.

pretty sure eset protection components load before you even login but the gui is i think user level and so loads as all other user level apps.

for the fourth time in a row live guard has blocked an express vpn update with no details the first three updates i submitted as false positives to eset from quarantine the fourth i did as well but i restored it just to have it blocked again by live guard, when i clicked detection description it took me to an empty virus radar page. the file is signed by express vpn and virus total is 0 detections between this and the extremely poor spam detection and many intermitted live grid connection issues im about to consider my 2 4 weak old licenses as money down the ditch eset
